For cancellations 30 days or more before the planned arrival no cancellation fees are charged. After this we are entitled to charge an appropriate cancellation fee. From 1 month before the booked date, advanced departure or delayed arrival, we charge 80% of the booked stay per person. Room cancellations are valid only in written form.

Should a booked stay at a hotel be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation charges can be redeemed in accordance with EU standards.
