Arrival and location

• When are arrival and departure possible?
Arrival is possible from 2:00 pm. In case of arrival after 7:00 pm, we kindly ask for a short notification. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the room by 11:00 am.

• How do I get to Hotel Langgenhof?
Brenner motorway A22 to the Brixen exit, Pustertal state road SS49 to the 1st Brunico exit. Follow the road to the second roundabout - take the 3rd exit - after 100 meters turn right towards Stegen - after about 1 km cross the small bridge on the left - after the bridge take the 1st road on the right and you will already see our Hotel Langgenhof on your left.

 

Rooms and stay

• Do I receive a bathrobe and towels?
Yes, bathrobes and towels are available during your stay. Slippers are available on request – you are also welcome to bring your own for environmental reasons.

• Can I reserve a specific room or table?
We kindly ask for your understanding that we cannot guarantee a specific room or table. However, we will do our best to accommodate your wishes.

 

Culinary and wellness

• What are the meal times?
Breakfast is served from 7:00 am to 10:00 am, while dinner is served from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm. In addition, our à la carte offer is available for an extra charge at lunchtime from 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm and in the evening from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

• What are the opening hours of the wellness area?
Our pool is open daily from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm, the sauna area from 2:30 pm to 8:00 pm and the fitness room from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm.

 

General Information

• Are there parking facilities at the hotel?
Yes, free parking spaces are available in our underground garage; an e-charging station can be used for a fee.

• May I bring my dog?
Dogs are welcome upon request. For small dogs we charge € 25.00 per day (without food).

• Is the hotel non-smoking?
Yes, our hotel is a non-smoking property.

• Is the hotel barrier-free?
The hotel has two elevators that allow easy access to all areas. The public areas are completely barrier-free. Four of our rooms are specially equipped for guests with reduced mobility. Information on accessibility can be found here.

• Is there a late check-out?
For € 70.00 per room, you can book a late check-out on the day of departure and use your room and the wellness area until 6:00 pm. Booking is made on site and subject to availability.

 

Booking and payment

• When is my reservation binding?
Your booking is considered binding as soon as you receive written confirmation from us.

• What are the cancellation conditions?
In case of cancellation less than 4 weeks before arrival, late arrival or early departure, we charge 100% of the room price if the room cannot be rebooked. In case of cancellation more than 4 weeks before arrival, you will receive a voucher for the deposit paid. A refund is possible with a processing fee of € 30.00.

• Do you recommend travel cancellation insurance?
Yes, we recommend taking out European travel insurance.

• What payment methods are available?
We prefer cash payment (up to € 1,999.99). Alternatively, you can pay by debit card or credit card (excluding American Express and Diners).

• Do I have to pay a local tax?
Yes, the local tax is € 3.50 per person per day (from 14 years) and is charged on site.
